Mr. Pynne is an IT contractor who was previously retained by Signatures and whose services were terminated over a year ago. His "review" amounts to nothing more than a personal attack upon the owner of the business and does not attempt to review the products or services which we offer. Potential future employers or customers of Mr. Pynne should take note of the nature of his "review" and reflect upon Mr. Pynne's suitability for projects and employment.

I have to recant the review below as it was written as a reflection on the original owner and founder Jeanette Peterson. When Jeanette decided to retire she sold the company to a couple and subsequently, sole ownership resided in the hands of Jennifer. While there is a lot of talk about "Team", it is just that - TALK. Jennifer managed to terminate her entire management team - President, Accountant, Sales Manager and contracted IT Manager (Me). The sales manager was leaving anyway to pursue more satisfying career. All of these people bent over backwards to help the company when the pandemic hit. Unfortunately, the need for profit has superseded customer service and quality. I've been doing business with Signatures since the business was a small Bath Shop with one embroidery machine. Quality has always been at the top of their list and they don't cut corners to save a buck or two. They have been doing my business uniforms since I started my own business in 1999. My favorite is their Direct to Garment printing. I work with cub scouts that have a contest each year for their T-Shirt designs. All they have to do is draw the concept and Mandy does the final artwork for us. With printing on the garment, the colors are limitless so unlike a screen printed shirt, I don't have screen charges. I've even gotten to the point where I let them pick the colors for my logo embroidery so that it looks best on the shirts. They have done other, shall we say, unusual stuff for me as well - my golf bag cover, back packs, ski totes and a couple flags (scouts again). I'm getting ready to order winter shirts for the company and I will once again visit (or maybe just call) Signatures again.

Actually I will give Signatures Inc a zero If I could . I just came down there after I was advised from one of the reps to speak to a Brian or a Mandy when I came the receptionist went to the back to ask and the rep stated that she did not think any one could do make my tshirt design which was fine however I wanted to ask another question and the receptionist act like she was annoyed that I wanted to ask a question. I would honestly go somewhere else. I had a great experience with Imprints in Greenville David was really nice and helpful. Thank God For people like him . I know I will tell More people about Imprints .
