Elizabeth, I am sorry you had a negative experience with our company. Providing quality products and outstanding customer service is something we strive for daily. Occasionally we fall short of that mark. Our policy has always been to do the right thing for our customers in the event of a mistake. It is my understanding you were not charged for the shirts you received and were also offered a refund to compensate you for the shirts you provided us that were misprinted. Took 10 good quality material camo shirts in to be printed. When we picked them up they were not the shirts we had took in. The lady's said that they had messed up the shirts we brought them and could not find the same shirts with the same material instead we got shirts that felt like cardboard. We had told them ahead of time that the shirts could not be replaced if messed up so they needed to be extra cautious. I believe using a new press was not being very cautious because new presses have problems with sticking until broke in so we now have shirts we can't wear and now I have to hunt down and pay high dollar again to replace them. I dont recommended them to anyone because of their carelessness.
