Terrible customer service. I had delivery guaranteed for 2/7-2/14. It is now 2/15 and the flowers are nowhere to be found . They wouldnt give me a refund online. Terrible customer service. Wanted to give me a $10 gift card for my next purchase but I will not be purchasing from them again

Such a beautiful flower. It was a gift which she loved. It is very delicate so be careful. The edges of the flower were a little ugly but that's what you expect when it's a real flower and it adds to the realness of it. Love it, Venus et Fleur will be my go to gift from now on.

Ordered an arrangement from them for Mothers Day this past Wednesday. Their website has all Over it shipping in time for MD as a matter of fact it says now spend 9.99 to get in time for MD. Only to get an email saying sorry will ship out after MD. Contact them to expedite and they say too bad you agreed we will not help you. Customer services reps actually laughing at you on the phone. I even offered to pay more to get it shipped expedited as the website is still Offering it and Their response was nope. This is what you get when you spend $500.00. Check out roses forever much better company with customer service
