They sent over a quote quickly, with a great price. Then, I went to the office at a time agreed on by the owner, no one was there, and they never returned a single message or email of mine ever again. I ended up using Custom Village Design. They're close by, fast, affordable, and really nice!

THIEF! I am warning everyone out there NOT TO USE CARL'S PRINTSHOP. Eric, the owner took my money, gave me some story about an ink spill, did not produce the sweatpants I ordered, and is refusing to give me my money back despite his repeated promises to return it. The order was for 10 pairs of sweatpants for my daughter for her last year at sleep away camp. This is a tradition that is extremely important to her, and something she looked forward to all year. Her camp friends were of course relying on her. Eric had plenty of time to produce the sweatpants (weeks) and he repeatedly assured me there would be no problem getting them done. 2 days before my daughter was scheduled to leave for camp, and after repeatedly checking in with Eric to get some assurance that the sweatpants would be done - to no avail, Eric emailed me and said he had some kind of ink spill at his shop and the sweatpants wouldn't be done by Sunday when my daughter was leaving. He already had my $350 which I paid him by Venmo per his request. I begged him to please at least give me the sweatpants so I could get the printing done elsewhere but he just ignored the request. I got incredibly lucky and managed to find 10 pairs of sweatpants at Uni Qlo and I found a printer to get the sweats printed for me in one day. Shout out to Custom Village Printshop because they saved us! Of course, the last minute nature of the project caused me to have to spend $500 to get it done - IN ADDITION to the $350 I paid Eric. Meanwhile, after my daughter got off to camp with her sweatpants, I began asking Eric - very nicely - for my money back. Nothing. When I got more assertive, he told me that he decided he wasn't paying me back because I had the nerve to call his business and his integrity into question. I will be taking him to court given that I have a clear written record of what has transpired. I hope I am saving someone else from having this happen. If anyone has any questions, or wants to discuss, as I said, I have a complete record of all of this. Eric, you should be ashamed of yourself.
