Place is apparently only open 3 days a week, Wednesday to Friday according to the sign on the door. My wife and I were vacationing in the Michigan area and stopped through grand rapids to support a local video game place only to find it's closed at 3:30 on Monday. Pretty lame... How you can support local if they're closed most of the week?

Didn't feel very welcomed in the store by the employee, felt extremely claustrophobic and did not have anything particularly interesting for sale. They also have very weird hours, which I would give them a pass for if the other problems I had mentioned were not present
