I ordered two shirts on a Tuesday. I paid in full. I was told my shirts won't be able til friday after 4 pm. They still weren't ready. They rushed my shirts on Saturday and didn't do everthing I asked. Did a half job. I will not be returning to this place. I prefer to do my business elsewhere.

Refering to Mo Mendez comment Just to clarify 4 proofs were sent and he still failed to review them correctly, came in the store and demanded we fix after he approved the proofs (4 times) never counted shirts before he left and now claims one is missing after our staff counted them. He then demanded a discount after the company said we would even replace the shirt. His US flag was never charged to the invoice because he failed to give correct info when ordering. We offered to ad flag give and give a small discount. I guess him giving a bad review was easier for him. It is not enough for him to write a bad review now trying to get his whole family involved (Nuvia mendez, and Yoya Mendez) by writing multiple reviews because they have nothing better to do then harass people. All of this because he cannot accept the fact that he was wrong ,on checking all proofs and invoice that was sent out. Our staff is completely professional and always have been for the past 18 years. Its just sad that people who want things for free and dont get it can try and ruin someones reputation.

DO NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! the staff was very unprofessional and bad customer service. This is unacceptable! They mess up orders and never get their work finished in time and do nothing to fix the mistakes that THEY clearly made. Nor do they apologize for them. I would give 0 stars if i could!
