They were simply asked for a switch in a particular vehicle which they swore they had up and down. Knowing the difference between different year model numbers to the other. Not only did they want to sell you the wrong switch but they wanted to sell you the whole steering column. Only after you waited 4 days for them to get back to you...?

I had a poor experience at this salvage yard. More than one sales person was dishonest which resulted in a huge waste of time. There are trustworthy salvage yards out there, but this isn't one of them.
