Dear Elvis, I understand your frustration in this situation, but you were trying to return a part you bought over 8 months after you purchased it. Typically we honor returns within a 90 day period because there are many costs associated with taking back an old part like this. In any event, I don't want you to be an unhappy customer so I have gone ahead and refunded your order on Amazon--you can keep the links and do with them as you wish. I apologize if you were unhappy with the resolution offered to you by our employee, but please understand we are a small company and we have these policies for a good reason just like any other company does.

Make sure you know what you are ordering because the return policy is the worst, not customer oriented, had issues with a part that they sent me wrong and they did not refund me or exchange part for right one. Not a reliable company avoid Febest it should be named Feworst

This is not a good place to do business with, I ordered a part that they sent me wrong and told me they could not exchange it for the right one or refund me , the could only do that if the part was defective. Very dissatisfied avoid this company if you can does not worth it.
