Darene, I am so sorry you had trouble getting us on the phone! As this has happened to me at other doctor's offices I know how frustrating it can be. To clarify, we do currently have appointment requests on our website and we will call you back to confirm your time once you place the request. Our goal is always to make things as convenient as possible. We are already in the process of implementing an improved system that will allow people to actually schedule their own appointment directly from the website AND are adding additional staff specifically to handle the call volume. We hear you, appreciate your feedback, and value your business. Please use our current online appointment request and one of our friendly staff will call you tomorrow to get your appointment confirmed.

They NEVER answers their phone! I've tried earlier this week on Monday and Tuesday and called at least 4 times today throughout the day, but they never answer. Can't even make an appointment on their website.. if they're not going to answer their phones, they really need an online booking system where the patient can schedule their own appointment.

Very hard to get a hold anyone to schedule an appointment. Called several times and just rings and rings, eventually going to voicemail. NO way to book online. Not convenient service
