Had to move my pets to another vet because they almost never answer the phone. I would always call when they say they're available and they rarely pick up. They're not always that busy compared to their current vet who actually picks up the phone back to back but hey....
We apologize deeply. The clinic experienced a severe emergency that was not resolved by the afternoon. We understand the inconvenience this may have caused you. Our intention is to provide the best service and care but if emergencies arise, we must act accordingly.

I had an appointment first thing in the morning and instead of receiving a call or text, that they had to close for the first half of the day, they waited until I was actually there. The girl just said that there was an emergency and they were trying to call everyone to reschedule (mind you that I never received a call) and we agreed that we would change it to later in the afternoon. Long story short, I come back and no one is there but a sign on the door saying that they were closed for the day. I was absolutely furious. Wasted time, wasted gas. Never coming back.
Don't know what's going on there. My cat had bloodwork done on 6/26. I finally got some results on 7/7 or 7/8, despite repeated phone calls & even an email.
