Worst possible customer service. Wasted more than half an hour to tell me their service was not working.
Very professional notary, better than the ones I've gotten at ups store. Easy to deal with. It's just the owner working so if it's busy you'll have to be patient.
Horrible. The same older rude dishonest guy, like I read the previous reviews from other people! How only earth can hold him and for so long! THIS STORE SHOULD BE CLOSED and the guy must be behind bars. Not only I had bad mood leaving this store. As well I was ripped off and double charged! When I returned back and asked for my refund-he slid my credit card twice--and it appeared to my accounts as double charge, not as refund! So we set red flags , dispute this actions, I called Credit institutions- but HOW MUCH NEGATIVE ENERGY I have to deal with now! DO NOT GO THERE! And if my dropped off , prepaid box will not arrive at destination--we are turning this guy in! SURIOUSLY PEOPLE! if you already suspected him for not delivering your shippings- go ahead we will support you--that kind of people must be charged.
