I have been in the market for a while looking for a dodge ram truck. I've been in Novak twice, today being the second time. The 1st time the salesman was supposed to get back to me with his information and he never came back or didn't even call. The 2nd time The salesman was more attentive but after a 1/2 an hour he also disappear never came back decided to help someone else. So I ended up going to security thought and picked out a Dodge ram truck from their lot. So much for NOVAK MOTORS their lost. The salesman they lack experience and they do not follow up when they say they gonna do.

Ms. Smith, we are sorry to learn that you had a bad experience with the installation of a third party remote start in your vehicle. At the time of delivery, you received (2) sets of OEM keys that could be used with a remote start system, so we are unsure of why you had a problem. We are unaware of the other issues you are reporting but would be happy to address them if you bring the vehicle in.

At first I liked the place, people and process. I recently went to a place to have an automatic starter put in and it was unable to be completed because NOVAK MOTORS sold me a car with corrupt keys that arent able to learn the automatic starter. Now it will cost me $350 to have an original factory and programmed key to be made. When I spoke with the GM he offered me nothing and actually said I have no answers for you I couldnt believe it. Watch out! On top of that, the screen freezes randomly and within a day of purchasing the car, the charging ports didnt work.

I would like to thank Scott and Frank for going above and beyond (even during this pandemic) to make our car buying experience as straight forward as possible. Nice dealership and very clean. However, their vehicles are overpriced. If you go to KBB you can see how much so. Do your homework before buying.
