Hello, we believe you may be mistaken. We do not have any female employees. Our store location has all gaming TVs muted (as we offer our customers Tritton gaming headsets) except for our Nintendo Switch station which is kept on low volume. Further, our store is relatively new and is cleaned and dusted daily. We are located upstairs on Summitview Ave, not at the mall, are you perhaps thinking of a different business? While we do appreciate feedback, anyone who has actually visited Elite Gaming Gear could not honestly make these claims, as is evidenced by our many five star ratings on FB.

Unfortunately when consoles are found to have an insect infestation they pose a potential risk to every other piece of equipment in the shop. As company policy, they are not to be opened further as a means of protecting all other customer and company equipment. This is part of the reason for our mandatory quarantine period. As your console was found to have insects, we politely returned your system with the sealed container at our expense to keep it isolated. We also provided information that may help you to attempt a repair on your own that would not compromise the systems of other customers. As the manager on duty at the time, I spoke to you personally with several other staff members present. You were treated respectfully and offered several options to try to assist you. As you can see by the many five star reviews and hundreds of positively completed repairs, coupled with the fact that your console was evaluated much faster than the average wait time, our staff is far from lazy. We are disappointed that you would post insults to our staff given the efforts made to further assist you.

What ever you do dont take your Gaming consoles there.Especially if they find a wood bug beetle inside......there just LAZY!!!
Were very accommodating and helpful with the fixing of my Xbox one, saving me a pretty penny on having to buy a new hard drive. They also gave helpful and detailed tips on preventing any further problems with the system. Great place that definitely has my future business for any gaming needs!
