We have been customers at English Apparel for over 3 years. Brian & Angie listen to our needs & budget for a marketing promo then come up with the best gifts. Our experience with English Apparel & Promotional Materials has been top notch!! Angie is awesome and she's all about making sure you get exactly what you want when it comes to your product and what you're looking for! We made a few changes to our order, and Angie always accommodated our needs and wants and price range and got our shirts to us exactly when they were promised to arrive! We were working under a tight deadline, and again, she accommodated everything we needed/wanted, and was super friendly and awesome to work with! *******UPDATE******* We received a phone call the same day and he had gone back and checked his emails and admitted that missing the deadline was an oversight on his part. He thought he had more time. Accidents happen and I understand that. I will say that he covered the rush shipping and covered some extra expenses we had incurred over earlier issues. He rush shipped the items and we received them by the new promised date. When going through all the orders (we had over 150 separate orders for our group), we were missing some items. Brian quickly and efficiently had them made and sent to us before our event. Overall, I am very happy with how things were rectified. The prints and embroidery was very good quality and we were happy with the final results. I cant give 5 stars because ultimately the original deadline was missed but when all was said and done, I do feel they tried their very best to fix things and make sure we had all of our order correct before our event. Thank you! ************************************************ Ive been severely disappointed in the response time and missed deadlines of this company. We had a large order and told them when we needed them, we then gave them MORE time but said we had to have them by July 10th at the latest. We finally heard from Brian today that he wont be able to get them to us until the 15th at the earliest! He blames everything on his printer as though this is my problem. If this is your business, you have to be respond for your own deadlines. This is not my problem as the consumer when you have had the order for a month. I will update if this issue is ever rectified.
