Great place have great selection of fish and the girl owner(sorry I dont remember your name) is amazing she was so sweet towards me and my sister and my sister loved nico would definitely recommend going to this pet store they have everything.

I visited them this weekend. They were very attentive and nice. Theu answered questions my kids had. The store was clean and well taken care of. We will be back.

I was not aware that the chalk board was giving a wrong impression. the chalk board was only put there for Covid 19 foot traffic We are trying to limit customers to only coming in for what they need and not Bringing the whole family in because they are board at home. We have cut our hours and We are having our staff stay home safe. As far as refunds if something Does not work properly we do take care of that. But we are a small business and cant afford To hold on to your money for a couple days till you find it cheaper some where else on line. We still have to pay for the credit card fees while you get your refund.

I want to like this family owned store, my problems comes from the inordinate amount of signs presenting an unfriendly impression. For example the sign that currently sits outside that says "no window shopping." is odd as impulse buyers or people who would like to compare their inventory and prices to big chain stores can be put off by that. I also question store employees who hover over you while your browsing. They do have a nice selection if aquarium decorations. But not allowing returns or exchanges on a defective product is also a bad practice.
