I would suggest one of the other bmw dealers in the Twin Cities. Their service department is horrible especially their customer service.

Went to parts department, ordered a part for my 335. Part doesnt fit. Dont know what happened to the receipt, dont even remember receiving one. Brought the part back, with tags and all the stickers stilled attached. Sorry we cannot take it without a receipt. You cant look up a receipt with my credit card? No sorry need a receipt. Go to target and try to return something without a receipt I was told. Thanks for ordering the wrong part worth $200. Make sure you save your receipts when buying these parts from here. Bmw being sold asap, never want to return here again.

UPDATE: so the general manager responded to my review as if he was going to find a solution to the problem and its been two weeks no response to calls or emails so the response was to make it look like problems get solved here but they dont. Just another ponzy scheme
