We found out fairly quickly the realtor we chose was pulling some pretty sneaky stuff. The other woman had to step in and take over. The OREC suggested we file a claim but we eventually decided not too. I would strongly suggest not using them and saving yourself the trouble we went through.

Fred is well-connected in Bixby and all of the surrounding cities. He knows local history and business owners. He has helped me many times with referrals to professionals that were needed to do work on stuff. He can be counted on to know and do everything that a realtor should be doing and to make sure everyone involved in the transaction is doing everything they should be doing. I would not call anyone else for real estate business.
