The place is good for long term if need be, but make sure to secure your rental rates. I was there nine years and never received any kind of break, only rent that increased every other six months. Started at $99 a month, but the last three years paid over $200 a month. Its hard enough to live in the bay not to be reaped by storage, but the team on property are some of the best couple of guys ever. The property manager, Louis is awesome, always there to help for any questions.

If you get a rental unit test the lock before you sign. I got a really badly aligned lock!
