The people are kind but when there are problems nobody wants to own it. Both the buyers agent and our agent were from this group and we had a good amount of problems (Mostly from the buyers agent). When I tried to contact the broker about my concerns he didn't even contact me back. With paying over $18,000 in agent fees, it just wasn't what I paid for and the broker can't even try to contact a customer about concerns? Lawanda was the only shining gem out of this situation. Through the mess and stress she worked hard to try and fix issues, I just wish the broker would have cared more.

I just went by your business today and noticed all your political signs out front. I neither support or don't support any of those candidates that you are supporting. However I used to manage high end car dealership's and I never permitted any political signs in front of my dealership's. I prohibited any employees to have any political stickers buttons or cartoons in their personal offices period. I had other competitors that I was selling against and why in the world would I want to offended my customers with my or my employees political views right away? I was always told there were two things and only two things you didn't talk about in business. They are politics and religion. Sorry I couldn't help but by passing this along. But it's your business not mine. But I can say that there was never any dealership that I took over where I didn't increase their sales by over 50 percent in just a couple of years. So I do know a thing or two about business.

Edmond Bucks is the most untrustworthy, unethical, I'll mannered, temperamental bully I have ever dealt with in real estate. I feel sorry for his sellers. Very poor representation. He killed the deal.
