Definitely a huge money grab. If its only 2 of you then you get 60 seconds on the actual ledge. Thats just enough time to take a couple pictures and not really enjoy the view. Overall its a good experience but not worth the price tag.

It was a big disappointment. Even tho is a good view, the staff is rude, you have to make a line for almost an hour even if you make a reservation. They only give you 60 SECONDS to be on the glass box. Even if youre alone or youre a group of 5 people! It is insane you spent a lot of money to enjoy the view and take good pictures and videos you cant even get to that. In my personal experience I was with other person and we thought it will be a minute per person and I started taking pictures of my friend. When the timer stopped, the guy told us to leave immediately and I havent even stepped on the glass to see the view, either to take a picture. He was so rude, and kept asking us to leave, I said I didnt pay that money to leave without enjoying the view or talking at least one picture. I understand it might be a lot of people during a day, but I havent had this experience in any other observatory I have been. Not even in Nyc that its the crowdest. Yes, you make a line, you wait to get to the point, you take your pictures and enjoy they view ALL THE TIME YOU WANT. This is just a scam!
