Absolutely the worst company ever! Zero stars is still too high of a rating! I dont know/understand how some have had good experiences with them. It honestly amazes me they remain in business. I had issue with them four years ago, and was forced to deal with them again! They are the only company that takes my insurance, for pumps. I cried when I found out about it. They lie, try to make you feel responsible for their mistakes, and screw you big time. When you call customer (no) service, plan to be transferred many times, placed on hold until you hang up. I was 100 percent paid on my insurance for the year. I need a new pump, they got the order in plenty of time they just never did anything with it. I was told they tried to call my insurance plan, didnt get an answer and just didnt try anymore. So now, I have to pay over 2,000 dollars. I told them this is your mistake, you owe me a pump. I absolutely cant stand that place! They even tried to blame my provider for their lack of competence. If someone is needing medical supplies and Edgepark is mentionedRUN!
This company is a preferred supplier for my insurance company. Diabetic supplies are fully covered by my insurance and does not require prior authorization to ship. Due to an Edgepark policy, they canceled my order because my insurance told them "they are covered, you do not need an authorization". Since my insurance does not issue authorizations for testing supplies, Edgepark refuses to ship. This has been more than 2 months of BS from Edgepark.
This is the worst customer service I've ever seen. It's appalling that a company like this is allowed to continue functioning with so little consideration for the people who need the supplies. The supplies never show up and charge a 700 dollar price to "replace" the "lost" goods. Extortionists the whole lot of them.
