Called to confirm they had the right size we needed, they said they only had one left. I asked if they could hold it for me and told them Id be there in 20 minutes (they said they would hold it). Got there on time and he said he sold it right after he got off the phone with me. They werent apologetic at all.

I want to shop here but I notice that the owner only addresses 5 star ratings. Seems you would want to address all of your patrons. Especially one that claims you charged them double for a custom item which seems to be the business' bread and butter.

Great little store that can do some very unique custom work. Got some fabulous nylon bat bags for the kids and they put custom embroidered names on each one and their hats. We are going to have them do custom t-shirts for the store next. I have seen many examples of the work for other businesses in town, and I know they make great products.

Had a problem with my child's pants being to small. I ordered a size youth medium which is a 10/12 she is a size 12. They were over 3 inches short in legs. Not only did I not get a refund in order to get another pair I was going to pay double because they were special ordered with a group. I'm never going back.Her jogging pants are now capris
