I was looking for a new Faye bag and the only one left at the UES store had a scratch so they asked the Soho store to hold their inventory for me. Was told these would be brand new out of the box, not store samples, but when I showed up they were clearly used with scratches all over. When I asked the store clerk if he can order a new one for me online he basically blew me off knowing he wouldn't collect any commission from me at that point. Never coming here again, so rude. If I'm going to spend this much money on a bag I expect better service.
I need to get a bag as a birthday gift to my sister. But the website says it normally takes 3-7 shipping days, so I left a quote online asking if their Soho store has the bag and then the agent Vivian contacted me immediately. She is nice and professional! Super recommend this location and service here.
horrible experience dealing with this store, i had the misfortune of working with the employees at the Soho location to fix my Drew bag that broke after only 4 uses. yes, 4 uses. It's one thing if you're treated properly, but this store needs major lessons in customer service. they should learn a thing or two from their french counterparts, so you can't blame the city for being a standoffish city. based on my dealings with this location, i will never buy a chloe bag again (they're crap quality anyway and the brand's been going downhill lets be honest, probably because of their deplorable "customer service"). what a joke brand and more importantly, what a joke location. don't waste your time here.
