Bought a few things by card then at the last minute saw another item I wanted. I pulled out a 10 note to pay and the money was REFUSED!!!! ( As it was from Northern Ireland!!) Disgusted????!!!!!!. Do foreign people not realise Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain ? I took my money back and walked out. Wont be back there again.
We have been going to get our daughters shoes from here for 5 years and have generally been happy with the quality of the shoes. However, the last few times we've been it's been a very frustrating experience. The shop is often very busy but there is no queue system to get feet measured and shoes tried on. I feel that if you are not a naturally pushy person, you get ignored and the louder people get served first. Today we just gave up and we will probably now buy our shoes on the internet. Sad times as this is indeed a lovely shop but suffers from its own success. Perhaps you could introduce a ticket system like they have at Biff Kids in Dulwich?
