This has been a nightmare! You will receive NO information about your product! No information about if it was received, processed, prepared or shipped. If you try to get information directly from them, they will just keep telling you they have no idea. We have tried to contact via email and phone several times and we still have NO answers! They took our money right away and we still have no product or any clue if the product was even made! It's been two months so far. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This place has the WORST communication ever! Ordering shirts and jerseys for a team can get rather complicated and they did not make this any easier. Some items were consistently on back order and they always wait until the last minute to complete my orders. There is hardly any follow through via email or phone. Printing started to peel and flake after just one wash, company offered to replace those items, but I have yet to receive those. Bottom line, don't use this company.
