Terrible customer service once the device is implanted. Prior to the implant they call you all the time. Once the implant is done, you are considered last priority. All they care about is getting paid for the device not the patients wellbeing. 6 months into it and its still not programed properly. WOW! Be aware of this company!

Purchased Minimed through insurance. They got paid hefty amount, and wrongfully charged me $2500 out of pocket. Turned me over to collection agency who refused to provide details for charges. Will never use them again. Writing to inform other potential victims of their wrongful billing practices. NEVER USE THEM. THEY WILL GET PAID BY INSURANCE AND OVERCHARGE YOU. WORST DIABETES DEVICES COMPANY.

I had to switch to Medtronic because they bought out my old insulin pump company. The pump alone is poorly designed and highly prone to error, breaking, and detaching and falling from the clip. I have to call customer service half the time when trying to connect sensors and there always seems to be a different reason it didnt work. Hope they get some more competition soon....
