Absolutely useless came from Paisley to use ek repairs. Dropped off on the Monday was told to pick up the next day so turned up on the Tuesday with phone untouched told he couldn't repair with the same colour part but offered me a different colour. Completely useless!!!!

The service here is awful , do not take a PlayStation here for repair , I took my sons PlayStation in with a broken hdmi , the said it would be fixed and it was in good time. They called and advised the fan should probably be changed at a cost of an extra 20. 5 months later it broke so I took it back and was told the guarantee was only 3 months. I asked if it could be passed to the manager as would expect it to last longer. It was 4 years old without any previous problems. I called back 3 days later and they advised it was fixed , when I went in they wanted another 50. When I advised I hadnt asked for it to be fixed they were rude and told me what do you want , we wont fix it for nothing to which I replied I never asked for it to be fixed. In the end I had to come to an agreement and pay an additional 35 or the would remove it and leave it broken. I took it home and again it broke the next day , when I took it back they tried to charge me another 50. You can imagine my answer to this. I did not pay the money and took the PlayStation home , a week later ....... broken. This business is not fit to operate , I would strongly advise you do not give them any money.

Do not hand a nintendo switch in here for repair or any other unauthorised repair centre, I handed my nintendo switch in here for water damage repair, they did the service and this didn't fix the problem and they said they were unable to do any other repairs and that I should send it to nintendo, I have since sent it to nintendo for them to tell me they won't look at it because it was worked on somewhere else. Advice from them was to try and pretend to be someone else that hasn't sent the console in already and not mention the repair. Lesson learned
