If I could give them zero stars I would! I have their service (not by choice.. MONOPOLY), for both my office and home both of which are located in Pine Grove, both of which have the same issues. I pay them $200 a month for both of my accounts. In the city, I paid 1/4th of that for far better service. We do not pay for cable and even if we just have 1 TV streaming Hulu or Netflix we have buffering and poor quality. During power outages forget it, their generator runs out of gas every morning around 6 am. If you're reading reviews right now it means you're looking for new service. Sadly, this review means nothing because there are no other choices in providers. Volcano will insist that you sign up for services you do not need, you will pay high dollar for low quality service, and you will be disappointed.

Giving one star because I appreciate having internet in the boonies. They overcharge, the service is at times unreliable, and they absolutely lack courtesy and customer service.

The lady for customer service is HORRIBLE! doesn't even apologize please WORK on this because its your job. Also prices are outrageous.
