Very rude. But very knowledgeable. Customer service is everything, and so are first impressions. And thats the area they failed in. Will not be going here again.

I had everything i needed for the install, subwoofers, amp, head unit & all the wiring. they charged me $365 for labor alone which is ridiculous for what should have been an easy installation. Also my trim on the floor where the door opens is messed up and i cant pull my trunk latch without the whole piece of trim popping off. would not recommend going here

There service is horrible, the way they conduct business is unethical. My music went out in 2 weeks I had wires showing when I picked my vehicle up my backseat was down the placement of the speaker was wrong. I wouldnt recommend this place to no one. Youll do better with a street hook up than fooling with these people. Custom Radio (Transit rd) is a rip off your going to spend a lot of money to just be upset
