Terrible customer service!!!! I am sure they are blaming a pandemic for their inability to service PAYING customers. I certainly hope that you are not counting on return customers. You are one of the worst companies I have had the pleasure of using. Perhaps the big box stores and other large general merchandise stores will see that you are a failure to your customers.
Horrible Customer service. 1. No one to talk to about your problem 2. Emailing them takes over 2 weeks to get a response 3. Bought my smoker in the fall of 2017 and Masterbuilt no longer supports it. I always like their products until this. My controller went bad. The Parts house says im on my own. Nothing we can do. Not even a alternative. They did say to call Masterbuilt direct. To bad they have been closed for months. Dear Mastrbuilt, Is this typical of the way you run your company?
I bought my electric smoker almost two years ago and have used it less than 20 times in total. And it no longer works. It's bad enough that a product that costs a couple of hundred dollars breaks after a minimal amount of use, but there is absolutely no customer service. 1. Called them and no one answers. Blaming it on Covid even though other companies have figured out how to service their customers. 2. Filled out the online form as requested and get an automated response that they will respond in 5 business days. Two weeks later nothing. 3. Went to their Facebook page and complained. Response is to give them my ticket number and they will have customer service respond. Get an email response asking me to explain the problem - which is what I entered on the original complaint form. 4. And now absolutely nothing from them. Buy a product from another company that lasts and actually provides customer service if you do have a problem.
