WARNING!! The Utah Residential Lease Agreement is a legal nightmare designed to financially punish the tenant at a time when the tenant is financially compromised. Liquidated damages does NOT mean water damage, but a legal loophole to scam tenants out of their money. When you break the lease, the security deposit becomes Liquidated damages. This means no return of Security deposit and a charge for 3 months rent, which the landlord pockets, plus any actual damages. You will lose over thousands of dollars for an apartment someone else maybe occupying!!

Horrible service, horrible communication. House was listed 2 years ago with Madelaine and has apparently been inactive for over half a year. Her signs are still up at the property because she doesnt even care enough to take them down, but she never bothered to contact me to let me know the listing expired 7 months ago. SELLER BEWARE. If you want someone to be professional and work hard to sell your home she is NOT your realtor. She wouldnt even respond when I asked NUMEROUS TIMES about lowering the price .... what a joke!
