Sad update: Weve had this pizza ~5 times since the original review and Im sad to say the pizza has become very inconsistent. Last night there was almost no sauce on either pizza and both were very dry as a result. The time before last night the bottom was burnt pretty bad, and thats coming from someone who appreciates a crispy crust and often orders pizzas well done. Original review: I am very, very hard to please when it comes to pizza. My husband was supposed to bring one of my favorites home and wasn't able to, so he picked this up on a whim. It is absolutely delicious!!! The cheese is perfectly salty, the sauce is robust just as I like it, and the crust ties it all in together perfectly. Kudos- I'm so happy to have a new pizza place!!

Unfortunately the restaurant is very understaffed. We ordered drinks and pizza after waiting about 15 minutes just to have our table cleaned from the previous customers. It was cleaned with an old rag and no sanitizer. The pizza was undercooked and the drinks were very weak. Another drink was placed on our table without requesting it therefore we had to pay for it because the waitress was so busy. The pizza had good flavor and we have been there before so we did return. We will probably not go there again. Another customer was very rude to us and it seemed that he was a regular. We live local and I was sad to get this kind of service. Good luck to Luisas but service could be greatly improved. It was also very expensive. One pizza and drinks at $60 was way overpriced for bad service and undercooked food. We were also informed that their special posted at the table could not be served. Why post it on the table?
