bought a few hundred iPad digitisers last year and the quality just got worse and worse, they kept blaming my installation skills and would not exchange, swapped to Replacebase and do not have any problems with their stock.

Thanks for leaving us a review, the customer returned the high quality screen to us with a crack through the middle of the screen, the cause of this was most likely due to the customer leaving the protective wrap on the inside of the OLED panel and fitting the part, where it is unlikely to disperse heat correctly with the wrap left on, we explained this to the customer and that we, unfortunately, do not cover damage like this to an OLED panel as damage is not covered under warranty, we offered a goodwill gesture of 25.00 towards another OLED panel which was above and beyond considering the damage to the screen, the customer accepted this, and the customer opted to go for the premium replacement. We did not say you should have gone for the more expensive unit. The customer calls our offer of goodwill a joke but the customer returned a damaged cracked screen to us expecting a full refund after damaging a screen. We always try to look after our customers even when the fault does not lie with us, we try hard to ensure customer are happy however on this occasion we were unable to satisfy this customer.

Very Friendly When I ordered from them but then dragged their heels when the product broke. I ordered a phone screen from iParts4U, I found the ordering and installing easy using their online videos. But after 4 days of regular use the part broke. I didn't find it particularly fair given I only used the thing for 4 days before it broke, but I thought okay they offer a lifetime warranty on the screen so it should be refunded and ill get an apology. Once I returned the screen (I had to pay for the return) to them the mood instantly turned, they were quite hostile in relation to the warranty they offered and refused a refund. I was informed that I should have bought one of the high quality ones to avoid this happening again, because the 120 version I bought was of poor quality in their eyes?! In fairness 10 towards a new screen from their website was offered, but considering the price of the screen in the first place I considered this a bit of a joke.

Thanks for leaving a review. We are sorry that you felt the need to leave us a review like this. I understand that you spoke to a customer service adviser Monday and they discussed with you at the earliest opportunity about this. Your order was placed Friday evening after we had closed for the weekend, when we returned to work Monday, we found that we did not have stock of one of the items that you had ordered due to a stock error, unfortunately when dealing with thousands of items this can happen, but this is indeed very rare for us as we have systems in place to avoid this however sometimes these things can go wrong. To remedies the issue our packing team tried to call you Monday morning to discuss the issue of the item we did not have in stock and explain the reasons and give you the option to refund the part, or the order in full, or to send the goods that we had in stock and send that part we did not have in stock as soon as it was available. However we did not get an answer, which we then emailed you about this instead. We eventually managed to talk to you Monday and explain the situation, we offered to refund the order in full, send the order without the one part and send the part when it came in to stock, or refund the part. You opted for us to send the goods and send the parts out when they came in to stock. You then asked for us to send the 3.60 part on a 12.00 pre 12 next day service when it come in to stock, we explained we could not do that as this was not a viable option for any business to offer. You then asked us to discount the order. Which we explained we could not do. However we could refund order in full. Again you asked us to send what we had and the rest of the order as soon as it come in to stock. Today you contacted us to say you had also not received the tool kit, in the interests of good customer service we said that we could refund or send another tool kit, rather than disagree over a tool kit. We are sorry that the item you ordered was not in stock and that the tool kit was alleged not to have turned up with the order, however we did communicate with you through the whole process, and offered to refund you for the full order prior to sending it out. If you want to call us tomorrow to discuss this further we would be happy to resolve this issue further. However in the interests of good customer service we will refund all the items that have not been received. Again please accept our apologies about this. If we can be of any further help please contact us.

Highly NOT SATISFIED. 1. I placed an order for few parts for xperia z5 and 8 in one repair tool kit set. All of them were strated as IS STOCK, ordered pair for all of them. 2. 3 days later recieved email as they dont have one of the parts that I ordered in stock, but they are more than happy about that I can wait until thier supplier sends them new sort of stock so they can send me my part and that is one week in time for me to wait plus delivery to me. 3. Today I tought recieved all of them parts that I ordered without that one that was missing in their stock, I was so suprised when opened the box and seen all them parts as ticked on leaflet like they are but unfournately I am missing 8 in 1 repair tool kit as well which I paid for! Conclusion :never use their service Website is not menaged propely You never will get a discount You May not recieve what you ordered
