Sketchy. Do not buy anything from these clowns who email you days later to inform you that what you ordered and paid for isnt even in their inventory..yes its 2019 and this can somehow still happen.not sure how.MIND BLOWN. good thing I check my junk email because that's where their message wound up. Not even the simple courtesy to call me. Not like I would have a ski trip planned and be depending on the gear I ordered to make that happen..that would be just too crazy of a thought...???

The reason I give US Outdoor a two star is because every time I go there, the staff make me feel very uncomfortable. I feel watch over. There is three guys that are very helpful, I will get their names next time I visit. There is some rudeness and unwillingness to get a good answer to some of my questions. That is the reason I don't buy gear there. There is another post here by Victor P. that seems that is the same case with him too. I am also Hispanic. I like the convenience of dropping my board to get it waxed and pick it up later on.
Eric, Thank you for your comment. I am sorry we made this mistake. We are committed to providing our community with the best service. It is our mission to serve you in the best way possible and we did not do that here. I apologize. I am not sure who served you or your wife the next morning but we have retrained everyone to listen more carefully and double check when there is something they do not understand or seems out of the norm. Two weeks ago my wife and I bought new ski boots for her as a Christmas gift among other items. We were told that we could return with the bindings/skis we already owned to have the bindings adjusted and they would take care of it within the cost. However, when my wife returned the next morning they made her pay to have them adjusted and it took 5 days. Next time I'll take my business to a store that can honor their promises.
