Took my son for a haircut. Explained to the "stylist" exactly what to cut and what to leave long. She brought up the notes from the last haircut and I specifically told her to NOT go with the old notes. I went to sit down out of view of my son. When they were done, she said she cut his hair just LIKE THE LAST TIME! She said to "try it out". There is no turning back once it's cut so i don't know how you try out a haircut. His hair was way shorter than i had told her. She did not listen to her customer, didn't care one bit, and just did whatever she wanted. I've been coming here for years with mixed results but at least they try and listen to me before. This might just be the last time we use their services tbh.
As a new client I was less then impressed. Was told first time includes massage and shampoo. This did not happen. My stylist never said boo to me the whole time. I had a 5 dollar new client coupon she took off 2 dollars. I gave the 2 dollars back for tip. I guess fool me once shame on you twice shame on me. That won't happen learned my lesson.

Samantha is the best. Wont go anywhere else. I walk through the doors once every 2-3 months and they treat me like they see me daily. The whole crew is fantastic honestly- I have used a few other stylists when Sam isnt in and Ive always been very happy. I drive out of my way to go here after several moves. The haircut and service is top notch.
Worst haircut I've ever gotten tbh, she was a great conversationalist, they had all the nice products and stuff but she just lacked the skill, maybe it was just me but I wouldn't go there anymore.
