This place lacks any semblance of customer service. There's no willingness to order specialty sizes. My children happen to be on the slimmer side of the average child their age. Unfortunately because this shop is the only place that can be used for my child's school, the owners don't have to try to earn or keep your business. This is a sad fact. Additionally, only excuses are offered if shipping is delayed, and there's a risk your child might not have a whole uniform on day 1. Today's lack of customer service centered around a lack of HS girl's Oxford shirts. There were more in the back, but one employee tried to get us to take a size that was clearly way too big. It's bad enough the shirt used is a Boy's shirt, the situation is made worse when the child is swimming in it. It took a few moments for one to be retrieved, so clearly it's a matter of not wanting to be inconvenienced. I would like to know why one company is in control of the supply of uniforms for 1 school. LEAD Academy needs to wise up. The shop they have chosen as their uniform supplier is a poor representation of their institution. Arrow needs to carry sizes for all children & faculty, and realize that there are others in this industry who can easily make this experience much, much better.
I was quoted $12 to have my sons name embroidered on his napmap for daycare and not only did they do it in all caps when we specified only the first letter of his name to be capitalized but they also charged us $21! I couldve had this done at the mall for WAY cheaper and faster turnaround. On top of all of that the man who helped my husband was SO rude to him.
Customer service was awesome but their timeline to get something done was awful. I was told it would be done on Friday when I came to pick up nothing was done I was told item would be done the next day, Saturday, they were closed.
