CHECK YOUR MRE. I was told they were new packages and I looked up the dates. I was given 2017 mreS loose packets. That is not sitting well with me. Thank goodnes i didnt buy whole box of them. The instant heat pouches didn't work on two of spakco brand.

Gear is fine... no problems there. Customer service and processes are non-existent. I called multiple times for updates and never received and acceptable answer (even from a manager). Packages with 2 day shipping were lost and no refunds given. Gear was eventually received but not in the required timeline. Issues were eventually cleaned up... just took way to long for issues to be resolved.
If your looking for fast service for uniform alterations , or needing a uniform shipment filled theyre one of the best. Have pretty much all the standard stuff all army surpluses have.
Wow Jared - you wrote quite a narrative - you must be a professional writer! I do appreciate your comments and will take a look at larger bulk dog tag orders - especially when we have to ship USPS for post office boxes....Looks like you have ordered in the past and I assume you had no previous disappointments? In fact, I see where you used quite a number of Reward $ Points with your purchases....good for you! Good luck with your new dog tag supplier and best wishes for a super 2022!

Absolutely horrific company to do business with. I ordered 200 custom dog tags for an event. They are pretty heavy, but Army Surplus World thought it would be a good idea to put them in a thin USPS mailer thats designed for documents with no tape or reinforcement. Of course, the package arrived ripped open. USPS did their best to tape it up for me. This was November 10. I was very busy running my business and traveling around the holidays and didnt have time to mess with this issue, so I put the package on the corner of my desk to deal with after the holidays. On 1/4, I opened the package and found out I only had 175/200 dog tags. I called and was told they needed to talk to a supervisor and call me back since it had been longer than 30 days. I said, Seriously? Most companies edit their return policy around the holidays. I asked for a callback within an hour, as I was leaving to catch a train. They called me back 2 hours later and said because I waited 30 days, they would not refund product that I did not receive but paid for because its been longer than 30 days. I told them this wasnt right since I paid for merchandise and didnt receive it due to THEIR mistake not the post office. I asked him to check with his supervisor again with me still on the line and the guy came back and said their was nothing they could do since I waited too long. What if half my product had been missing? Would they screw me out of hundreds of dollars. I have no doubt they would. This told me everything I need to know about this company. I have already found a competitor to give my business to and I will be contesting this charge on my credit card since I paid for product I did not receive. UPDATE to respond to the owner's comments: I think their attitude says it all. This is my third interaction with them since this occurred and there is still no apology at all. Unbelievable. I will say I appreciate them looking into their shipping practices. My order was shipped in the cheapest USPS flat rate mailer possible when it should have been shipped in a USPS box with the amount of weight of the dog tags. And the order I used rewards points on was a separate order that was never even shipped to me at all! They offered to ship that order (2 months late) when I spoke with them on the phone, but I told them I was going with a competitor because I need to know the product would arrive in full. I simply asked for a refund of the 25 dog tags I never received (and pointed out that this would be cheaper for them than fulfilling the order I had used points for) but they refused to do so. If you look at my profile, you will see my reviews are mostly positive. I don't like to bash a business. But Army Surplus World cannot be trusted and they have no desire to correct issues that THEY create.
