Hello Jason, I'm sorry that was your experience. We always have and continue to try to accommodate the needs of all our customers. We are a custom fabrication shop, so nothing we do is "off the shelf". In order to achieve the best results in unique situations, customers do often bring their parts in need of repairs or retrofitting into the shop, and our craftsmen make every concerted effort to meet those needs. Obviously during Covid we had a "Curb Side" policy for nearly 10 months. So a drawing would have been the safest option for all parties. Please give us another shot if you have need for our services in the future.

Rude. Called to ask if they could fabricate a metal plate for a sink for me. Was told they would need a drawing. I said it was a unique shape and could not really make a drawing - could I bring the sink in? He said yes ok fine. When I called to come on in and schedule a time, he said Yeah thats fine but I dont know why you cant just make a drawing. So if you want a custom metal piece, not the place for you. Unless you can draw specs for them.

I was looking for a combo drip pan for my washer and steamer dryer. I finally found Riverside Metal, they did a custom stainless steel double drip pan in few days and the price was really competitive. I have been contacted from Gui, after giving him the specs he came back to me with a professional drawing. I definitely suggest to go with them for any metal work you need.

poor customer service, contacted them multiple times about an order i placed and they just keep telling me "we cant find the order let me call you back in 5 mins". They never call back.
