Very disappointed, they sold me a car over 30K with a dirty filter. Confirmed by a GMC dealership service department. When I called the KIA dealership to report what I have been told. They said there is nothing they can do at this point. Unbelievable!

I Was very pleased with my time spent here. Jim was wonderful, spent time going over everything with me, and was definitely very helpful with all my many questions. They were flexible with my schedule and made this a great experience. Thank you!
Went for simple oil change and tire rotation, was given an hour estimate. An hour later they told me 15 more minutes after another hour and 15 later still not done and havent heard anything. Very frustrating for such a routine service.
