After waiting 4 months they arrived with the wrong doors and installed them. They put unnecessary holes in my new wood floors. Customer service was rude and condescending. The quality has certainly declined as Ive had their doors in my prior home.

I made an appointment with Adam, drove from City of Industry, and the store was closed at 5:30 (my appointment time). Called Adam and the main number several times and no one answered. The Sliding Door Company has perminently lost my business.

My doors look beautiful. It took some time to get them, but worth the wait. Its not the fault of The Sliding Door Co, and they keep me updated on the whole process and updates on when I was to receive my door and including the installation. The 2 gentlemen came to my home and installed our doors and very helpful with answers to our questions if needed. It was all worth the wait. Thank you "The Sliding Door Company".

We had a great experience with The Sliding Door Company. We met with Kelsey at the Costa Mesa location and she helped up create a custom design for our situation. We needed to enclose a dining room to create a home office but we wanted to keep the room as open as possible. The process was very simple and easy to understand. Everyone from Kelsey, to the measuring person to the installers were great. The doors are beautiful.

I got an estimate from an employee from this company 4 months ago via email. We agreed that I would call them back when my house was ready for the closet doors. When I contacted them again, they refused to honor the estimate given to me and added $2,000 more. The reason given was that that employee was not there anymore and that she gave me the estimate in the wrong format ( I knew nothing about their internal policies) so they are not accepting it. Highly unprofessional... I do not recommend this company.
