If a zero stars option was available I would select that option. During the last few years Ive spent thousands of dollars at Marcs in Westerville supporting the local grocery store. In the last year Ive noticed some changes as some of the staff and management has become rude and treating me unfairly. And multiple people Ive spoken to shared the same experience. Marcs in Westerville has become a store employed by racist white people who seem to have a problem with black people who are either purchasing items in bulk (the sales ad and no signage did not say theres a limit) and or exchanging items the cashier made a mistake on the original purchase. What I experienced today from the manager & front customer service was highly offensive and uncalled for. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCES!
