Updated review as Im coming up on a year in my lease: -Property managers never respond to your concerns its always the amazing concierges who connect with you and listen. -The parking garage is $250 a month just for the entrance to be blocked 95% of the time. -Doors broken in the front of the building and side of the building people have stolen property inside putting the entire building at jeopardy. -The management does not communicate with us when unsafe situations have occurred. -We had mold in our laundry room and it was sprayed and painted over just for it to return and now we have a gaping hole in our apartment ceiling. -Paint peeling off on the ceiling -Anyone has access to our building
This apt is not managed properly. Smoking is prohibited, but somebody keeps smoking at apt. Loud music, musical instrument and crying sound keep going. Doorman is good but he left in the afternoon. I've heard that the facilities are not managed. No rules in this apt. And bad neighbors without manner.
I would definitely recommend the Lois. My roommate and I are both very happy to live here! Andrew & Theresa at the front desk are super friendly and helpful. Richard from maintenance is also quick to solve any problems. The gym is nice and convenient for a good workout (could use a squat rack). Kevin from the rental office is very easy to reach and responsive. Definitely considering extending our lease to continue living here.
