Have been going to this salon for a while. Glenys, the owner, does a good job of coloring hair and highlights. When it comes to haircuts its a hit or miss. This time it is clearly uneven. I was told to come back in for the cut to be fixed, instead I got an attitude. As I was walking through the door, one of the girls nodded her head to Glenys pointing out that Im coming in. Automatically I know they have been discussing me and not in a good way. The problem is that Glenys likes to be controversial. She tried to convince me that she did nothing wrong. Like someone else did it. Except she has been the only one cutting my hair for the longest. I wonder if she is familiar with the customer is always right policy. Instead, she wants to prove that she is right. Im standing in front of 11 people at brunch and everyone easily notices that one side is shorter than the other. Ill have someone else fix it but thats not the point.

I would also like to take this chance to comment on your point. All the stylist here are highly trained and is very unfair that the entire staff and company pay for one person mistake. I understand that you feel the way you do and please do not judge the company by one experienced of a stylist that I still don't known the name. Horrible experience!! Don't get your hair cut here. I spent $35 plus tip so about $45 for a haircut and the lady did a HORRIBLE job. You can get a better hair cut somewhere else for $15 bucks. I thought because the price was a little high that the cut would be nice WRONG. I called and complained and went back the same day to get imy fixed and she didn't fix all she did was thin out my hair! I'm so upset and my hair looks horrible I had long hair and now i look like a 12 year old girl. I will never go back here.

Not a week goes by that I am not here for some type of service, and at this point I am treated like family. I even hired the team to do my hair for my wedding, along with my entire bridal party. If you ever need a quick and polished blowout, touch-up on your color, or makeup for a special event, there is literally no better option. Make sure to request Floribel for a relaxing hair wash, or Glennys for makeup. You'll not only feel amazing, you'll be addicted to the service.

I have bern coming here to have my hair done for 10+ years! I personally use Margarita for color cut and blow outs, i am super happy with everything about the salon! Very clean, friendly and professional service and reasonable prices! Definitely reccomend!

Horrible haircuts! And blow dry. Very Nice staff tho and owner very nice lady and her daughter. What a shame their not that professional. This salon will go down if they dont hire professionals that know how to do clean Cutts and decent hair dry n styles. My Mom and I were disappointed.
