WoW...just unreal...I go to the doctor around once every 5 - 10 years ( this is no exaggeration) I went this time as I know there is something really wrong, after initial blood tests I saw a different doctor with a french sounding name...He proceeded to tell me initially that it was the Menopause...He then went on to say it was PTS...and then changed his mind again , and said I was depressed...( Always an easy excuse to use) Absolute rubbish, a complete waste of time...I felt that he was not REMOTELY interested, and just wanted me to go away. As I rarely go to the doctors, it should have been OBVIOUS that I was there because something was wrong!!! I am hoping to register elsewhere...USELESS....

having moved around quite a lot living in different parts of Yorkshire and using different GP surgeries I have to say that College lane surgery is by far the best too deal with in all aspects of my health needs. The receptionists are always polite professional and helpful in what at times must be very difficult especially considering the enormous pressure they must all be under due to covid 19.

Appointments are never on time. Always waiting 20 minutes or more after your alloted time. Receptionists are rude and unhelpful.
