UPDATE: Finally got ahold of someone via phone. They cancelled the orders and my money is supposed to be refunded within 48 hours. We'll see if that happens. If it does, I'll amend my review. When the items I ordered hadn't arrived after 10 days, I looked the orders up and found there were NO TRACKING NUMBERS. I contacted their customer service and received NO REPLY. When I left a poor Google review a few days later, I immediately received a vague email saying the items were not in stock and would be shipped when they were. But they took the money out of my PayPal as soon as the orders were placed. I emailed customer service and asked them to cancel my order and give me a refund. I have heard NOTHING. I have emailed them and tried to call them each day since and have gotten no reply, just a recording they are closed. I know Covid is affecting actual businesses being open, but if they replied once via email, they can reply again. It shouldn't take being blasted on here to get a company to acknowledge you. I don't appreciate being ghosted and my money being held hostage. I will keep leaving poor review until this gets resolved.
I ordered two vinyl records from DeepDiscount via Walmart and USPS Media Mail. Nothing went awry, the records weren't damaged and I wasn't charged anything more than the original price and tax. Better and cheaper than ordering from Walmart directly because they add a $7 shipping fee for orders under $35 and don't disclose this until you head to cart.
UPDATE: I finally got ahold of someone via phone. They cancelled my orders and said I should be refunded the money within 48 hours. If that does in fact happen, I'll amend my review accordingly. Ordered 2 items on 2 separate orders. As soon as the orders were placed the money was taken out of my PayPal acct. No tracking numbers, no info. I emailed the company a couple times inquiring about order status. It wasn't until I posted a poor Google review that I got a vague reply saying items would arrive when they became available, but no idea when that would be. I have requested a refund multiple times and have been ghosted. No replies to emails, no one ansering my calls. I think I may have gotten scammed by Deep Discount. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
