Many thanks for your review Scott, as you quite clearly state our products for the money are the best available on the market and are extremely well made in our Rotherham factory. You were wrongly advised by a brand new member of staff about a discount that you may have on your new building however this was not signed off by management as the faults with the base you supplied was not our doing. As the invoice very clearly stated 10x8 not not 10x7 which is the base size we found when our installation team attended your site. Your access wasnt fair and reasonable or safe for our fitters and this was both illustrated on our website, brochure and invoice. Our fitters will not walk up a steep wall with a summerhouse floor measuring 10x8 in wind due to insurance purposes. Many thanks for your review and we genuinely hope youve managed to find a flat packed build to replicate our Royal heavy duty summerhouse.

I ended up being very disappointed in the company and my order was cancelled by them. I ordered a loglap summer house after visiting the site. I was impressed by the build and the competitive price. The measurements were given and it was explained about site access and restrictions. I suggested a site visit might be the best thing to ensure what was ordered would fit. This is advertised on the website as well as bespoke units. Eventually the day came for installation after I had sent emails detailing the site restrictions. And guess what the summer house didn't fit and the fitters were not happy about the access. I was then told by the fitter that they would make a slightly smaller build and I would get a discount of 15% for the inconvenience. A member of staff revisited my home to check out access and carry out a further measurement check at which point I was told there wouldn't be an issue and I would be contacted the next day after the boss had been spoken to. Guess what, no phone call. I had to ring 4 days later only to be told that my order had been cancelled due to health and safety. Now you can make your minds up whether it was cancelled due to a price discount or site access. The products that are made seem very well put together and certainly I have a friend that bought from them.and is happy but even he had issues with them confusing orders up and missing things. I'm sure they have plenty of happy customers but I wasn't one of them

Hi Robert many thanks for review. You are indeed correct about our advice on treating your new installed garden building, however our staff do not offer temperature advice, you will have gained this information from a product you were (have) purchased. Obviously we cant be held responsible for this. As per our T&Cs all buildings MUST be treated after installation and as explained tanalised timber is a process that saturates timber with Tanalith e. Upon installation these builds will still contain moisture. During winter months ( temperature depending) buildings can take longer to dry out. Sub zero temperatures will create moisture to turn into ice and and a cycle will begin or constant damp issues. Airflow is key. Im sure your house windows gather condensation during the colder nights. Timebr building is no different and all your information on how to maintain your build is on the rear of your guarantee and invoice. Many thanks GSUK

Shed was installed in November, and has been soaked through every day since then, going extremely mouldy and ruining anything kept inside. When I phoned up to ask what to do, they insisted I treated it as soon as possible with a treatment that requires it to be fully dried out and above 10 degrees - fat chance in the UK winter!

Walked down to garden shed Wath today Saturday ..1 oclock , gate locked, phoned em up, no answer...Could hear them working..
