Always Grateful! Nothing good comes easy, I have to say it was a struggle at first but with a great team at PMT I was able to excel with their help as a Production Planner. I have been with Precision Mold & Tool Government Division for 24 years. I have seen this company grow from 2 people to now almost 30 employees. Everyday is a great learning experience. The company offers 401K, life insurance, health insurance, dental, vision at no cost to the employee. The work hours are excellent, Monday through Thursday with Fridays off. The owner celebrates birthdays monthly, will buy lunch or throw a bar-b-que out of the blue for work well done. There are monthly and yearly incentives to always look forward to. Management is understanding, lenient and takes all matters into consideration with regard to discipline as well as always acknowledges hard work. The team itself is awesome. Everyone works together and helps each other to get the job done and the job done well. I consider it a tight knit second family. It is a friendly, fun and comfortable environment to work in.

I have worked here several years now and I must say, this is by far the best place to work. Demands and standards are high and it requires attention to detail, from all employees, so by going the extra mile will get you far. It's a challenging environment and I have learned a lot working here and I anticipate to continue learning and growing with this company. My co-workers are friendly and easy to work with. I truly enjoy working here.

I worked at PMT as a SolidWorks Programmer and enjoyed the daily challenges that came with the position. The aerospace parts require a specific set of skills and experience to accurately design each unique product. The best thing about working at that company is the people. Cheers,
