I have always loved this store and have shopped here on numerous occasions. When I went in today to purchase a Spartina item for my manager the sales associates at the front where talking to each other with not much interaction with me. Then the one checking me out ripped the tag off my item. When I questioned her she stated, I was trying to see it so I could enter it in the computer. Its a final sale item anyways so you cant return it. I told her that was not the point, it was a Christmas present and I want her to know I bought it new. My manager collects the items. The whole experience and interaction just put a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully management will train their employees better with what is appropriate and appropriate responses.

Dissatisfied! Hamill in the sign department.Took my order back in the beginning of March We scheduled to come in and have the work done 1st or 2nd week of April. Took the truck by there so they could look at it and take the measurements 2nd week of April. He said he would email me later that day the next day. I called him around 5 o'clock to find out why I never received an email, he said hes still working on my order. I said OK well when can I drop the truck off so you guys can get started. Sorry sir it'll be probably the middle of May or towards the end of May we are booked up now, how is that I called you back in March to set it up for April. Do not let this guy write your order, you will not get your vehicle done in the time frame that was scheduled. You will never see an email, you will never receive a phone call, nothing very bad business. I'm sure there's plenty of companies out there that want my business and they will get it but this one will not!!!

Very down home, super friendly service! The employees here are genuine and helpful! Not to mention. I didn't, personally. But, a lady in front of me in line got her items gift wrapped.... excellent work! They took exceptional care of me, and everyone else I saw transactions with. Fabulous design on the product I was there for, also! Extraordinary local place to find highly unique and quality products! Shop here and you won't be able to get disappointed. Thank you for the rating Carol. We do try to keep items in various price groups to suite all types. We do have lines like Southern Tide and Yeti who have premium price tags. But we also try to have other products like Umgee and Swan Creek Candles who are more in line with an average ticket cost. Im glad you found our store friendly. We work very hard on that. This store is clean and organized; the staff is friendly; BUT the prices are quite high, even before Covid-19. I go there when I'm under a tight timeline for a gift. I do go back when I need to.
