If I could give zero stars I would, avoid these guys at any cost. Agreed on an order for a Christmas present, proceeded to ignore my calls for the next week, after finally getting a hold of Chris he told me my order was ready to be picked up, and to call back later that day, again he continued to ignore my calls. When I finally called off a different phone he hung up on me once he recognized who I was, complete waste of time, and could of been honest from the start, unprofessional, and inadequate for a company take your money anywhere else.

Please AVOID this company at all cost. Save yourself the headache. We learned our lesson when we contacted Chris at Deadline early in February. They promised to meet our deadline of 02/18/2020 without any issue. They could not meet a simple deadline and yet they had the nerve to hand over defective shirts with faded designs and missing tags on majority of the merchandise to faded and incorrect tag placements and still missing merch from them. They could never answer the phone or return any of our emails to rectify this matter professionally. When they did answer the phone on 02/19/2020, they promised to compensate us for the defective and missing merchandise for this error they caused. To this day we are still waiting for a call and email response back. Please avoid this shop at all costs. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more experienced company that knows how to fix an issue right away and knows how to meet a deadline.

First off, the address is the wrong address its some lame tattoo shop. I called for the correct address and I get hung up on....nice way to run a business. I guess I should have paid attention to the other reviews. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
