I will start by saying I paid almost $27,000 for my floors. I had a few estimates done and went with Millers because they are a small local business and they were much more interested in the project than anyone else. That stopped once the check was signed. A project that I stressed I wanted completed quickly but professionally was just finished after two months. I was told it would be finished in two weeks. The contractors were nice enough and did a pretty good job. Their hours were all over the place, no masks if that concerns anyone, and one brought his kid (little kid) over twice unannounced. I let them use my garage because of weather and its full of saw dust. The whole garage. Job was done and Im mostly happy with it but as a former contractor, the professionalism needs work. As far as Millers, they came by 3 days into the job and nothing since then. I did have to call once to ask about materials that the contractor said were being held up by them. One reason I went with them is I figured they would be overseeing everything and actually managing the job. Nope. I had to manage it all. I dont even know if they know the project is finished? A walk through would have been nice since I have some questions about potential issues down the road. Im sure warranty issues will be fun with them in the future. I hate to write this, I really do, but I dont feel I got what I paid for. Lesson learned.
